Alerts: Make sure you do not do the below for TIAB (Telco in a Box) as it is break a lot of things. All other wholesalers should be fine.

  1. Open the wholesalers account in Cerillion
  2. Under account click on Account Detail and click on Bill Delivery Options
  3. Copy the email address from here so we can change it back later, update this to the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and click on save 
  4. Under account Click on Account Contact and click on View Contacts this might take a while
  5. The first one at the top should be the primary default / Account Contact not a service contact 'Click on the Hammer on the left hand side'
  6. Then click on the Contact ID when it comes up You Should see the Date of Birth on the left hand side, if this is blank then setup a new contact with the Date of Birth as the same as todays date
  7. Open https://my.engin.com.au/Default.aspx and click on Forgot my password
  8. Enter the required informaion; Account number is the wholesalers account number, Date of Birth is the one you got from the default account contact, Email address is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. which you should have updated earlier in Cerillion
  9. Verification Text should be there so copy it and click on Send
  10. You should get an email in the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. inbox within 10 minutes
  11. Send to the wholesaler you can also test the login in selfcare or the new wholesale provisioning portal
  12. Open Cerillion and Open the wholesalers account; Under account click on Account Detail and click on Bill Delivery Options - re-enter the email address that you saved earlier and click save
