Before you are able to allocate or move hardware you need to ensure that it is in an available status by following the steps below.


  1. On the Desktop you should see Cerillion Utilities or Mac Search


  1. Double click on this and click on Mac search


  1. Enter the Mac address and click search (NOTE: Must be capital letters with no spaces)

  1.  So as long as the Mac Status is still available you can attach it to another phone if the wholesaler intends to use the same device
