Before you are able to allocate or move hardware you need to ensure that it is in an available status by following the steps below.
- On the Desktop you should see Cerillion Utilities or Mac Search
- Double click on this and click on Mac search
- Enter the Mac address and click search (NOTE: Must be capital letters with no spaces)

|MAC searched||Device type||Wholesaler account||Phone number||
- So as long as the Mac Status is still available you can attach it to another phone if the wholesaler intends to use the same device
